Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 medium onion, diced
    3 to 6 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Alternate layers of potatoes, onion and butter in greased baking dish. Mix flour, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes. Bake for 90 minutes at 350\u00b0.
