Ingredients

1/4 c. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
2 egg yolks
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. butter
1/4 c. toasted coconut
Preparation

Cook cornstarch, sugar, milk and egg yolks over medium heat, stirring constantly, until starting to thicken.
Add egg yolks, vanilla, butter and toasted coconut.
Pour in pie crust and top with egg white meringue and toasted coconut.
