Cajun Crawfish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped white onion
1 c. chopped bell peppers
1/2 green onions, chopped
1 tsp. flour
2 cans tomato sauce
1 lb. frozen crawfish tails
1/2 tsp. Tony's seasoning (more if desired)
1 can crab meat (optional)
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. water
Preparation

Saute onions and bell peppers in cooking oil.
Add Tony's seasoning.
After sauteing, add flour to thicken.
Stir in well. Add tomato sauce and water.
Stir well.
Let cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.
Then add crawfish; lower heat and let cook for 30 minutes.
May add crab meat when crawfish is added, if desired; serve over rice.
