Beef And Gravy Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb.) beef roast
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 pkg dried onion soup mix
Preparation
    Place roast in a deep baking dish.
    Pour soup over top of roast, then sprinkle dried onion soup mix on top of soup.
    Add 2 soup cans of water around sides of roast.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for about 3 hours.
