Dawn'S Chicken Strips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 chicken breasts
1 c. milk
1/2 c. red wine
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Debone chicken.
Cut into strips, about 1-inch wide.
Mix milk, salt, egg and wine together in a bowl.
Marinate chicken strips in mixture overnight.
Remove chicken from liquid and roll in pancake flour.
Fry in deep fat fryer until brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve hot or cold.
Add more salt, if desired.
