Spanish Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) can Spanish rice
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onions
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Divide mixture into 4 parts and shape into loaves.
    Place in baking dish and bake for 35 minutes.
