Party Pink Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 container Cool Whip
1 small can crushed pineapple
24 large marshmallows
1 pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine marshmallows and pineapple juice over low heat.
Add strawberry gelatin.
Stir until dissolved.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Add cottage cheese, pineapple and pecans.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour in shallow pan or dish.
Chill until firm.
