Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. whole basil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    10 oz. lasagne noodles
    2 eggs
    2 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (fresh is best)
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain fat.
    Add garlic, basil, salt, tomatoes and tomato paste.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
    Cook noodles and drain.
    Beat eggs.
    Add Parmesan, parsley and pepper.
    Add to simmering meat sauce.
