The Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/3 c. olive oil or vegetable oil
    2 lb. potatoes, cut in chunks (red potatoes are best)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a large plastic bag or bowl, add ingredients until potatoes are well coated.
    Empty potatoes into shallow baking dish or roasting pan.
    Bake, stirring once in a while, for 40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
    Garnish with chopped parsley.
