Blueberry Snack Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cold butter
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
2 eggs, separated
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation

In a mixing bowl combine flour and sugar.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Set aside 3/4 for topping.
Add baking powder, milk and egg yolks to remaining mixture and mix well.
Beat egg whites until soft peaks; fold into batter.
