Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium green peppers
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. ketchup or tomato sauce
Preparation

Cut top off of green peppers and remove seeds. Set aside.
Mix ground beef, tomato sauce, rice, egg, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Spoon into peppers. Place on roasting rack.
