Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. lukewarm water
3/4 c. milk, scalded
6 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening, melted (maybe add little more)
5 1/2 c. plain flour
2 pkg. yeast
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Pour yeast and milk in bowl.
Cool milk until slightly warm.
Add sugar, salt and shortening and stir in flour.
Knead until smooth.
Cover and let rise for 2 hours.
Mash down and repeat kneading process.
Make rolls.
Let rise again.
