Bow Tie Pasta With Zucchini And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. bow tie pasta
    1 Tbsp. oil
    5 cloves garlic, minced
    1 large zucchini, cut julienne
    1 sweet pepper, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta, drain and set aside.
    In a large saucepan, cook garlic in oil for 1 minute.
    Add zucchini and peppers.
    Cook 4 minutes or until tender.
    Stir in parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
    Toss drained pasta with veggies.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
