Stuffed Pistolettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. pistolettes
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 bunch broccoli, cooked until tender
    1 onion, finely chopped
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. oleo, melted
Preparation
    Brown ground beef until done.
    Drain.
    Add onion and seasonings to taste.
    Add broccoli and cheese.
    Cook until cheese is melted. Cut pistolette like a potato and scoop the inside out.
    Discard the excess bread.
    Fill each roll with meat mixture.
    Dip roll with mixture in melted oleo.
    I like to place slices of cheese on top of the roll.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until roll is brown.
