Mama Angie'S Lemon Mounds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 c. plain flour
1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation

Cream butter, cream cheese, sugar and lemon rind.
Gradually stir in flour until blended.
Chill, covered, until firm.
Using level tablespoons of dough, roll into balls.
Roll in corn flake crumbs.
Place 2 inches apart on a baking sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Store in a tightly covered container.
Makes about 26 cookies.
