Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. finely chopped pimento pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
Preparation

Soften the 2 cheeses and mix well. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Place in fridge and chill about 1 hour. Shape into 1 large ball or 2 smaller balls and roll each ball with finely chopped nuts.
