Christmas Cookie Ornaments(Non Edible) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornstarch
    2 c. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In large pot, mix cornstarch and baking soda.
    All at once add water.
    Stir until smooth.
    Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until mixture is like dry mashed potatoes. This takes about 5 to 6 minutes.
    Turn onto cool surface and cover with damp cloth.
    When cool knead until smooth and pliable.
    Roll out and cut with cookie cutters.
    Use toothpick to make holes for hanging.
    To dry, place on baking sheet in a 250\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 oven until hard.
    Paint ornaments after drying.
