Vegetable Lo Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. linguine
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    2 Tbsp. tamari soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp. minced ginger
    1 Tbsp. tamari soy sauce
    2 tsp. sesame oil
    thinly sliced carrots, celery, onions, broccoli, peas, beans, zucchini or whatever's in the veggie bin
Preparation
    Cook pasta al dente.
    Drain well.
    Mix 1 tablespoon sesame oil and 2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce; pour over noodles.
    Toss to coat.
    Place in baking dish and cover with foil.
    Keep warm in 300\u00b0 oven while stir-frying vegetables.
