Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. shortening
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 cans dark red kidney beans
1 can tomato soup, diluted with 1 can water
2 Tbsp. onion, minced
1 tsp. chili mix
Preparation
-
Brown meat and onion in shortening until done.
Add soup, beans and chili mix.
Cook for 1/2 hour at simmering temperature. Serves 6.
