No Roll Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1 egg
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream the sugar and shortening. Add egg and vanilla.
Mix in dry ingredients.
Flatten with glass. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
