Ingredients

3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. very warm water (120~ to 130~)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 egg
Preparation

Combine some flour, yeast, oregano and salt.
Gradually add water and oil to dry ingredients.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed with electric mixer.
Add egg and more flour.
Beat 2 minutes on high speed.
Add enough flour to make a soft dough and knead for six minutes.
Place in a greased bowl and turn to grease top.
Let rise for 30 to 45 minutes.
Punch down on floured surface and roll for two pie crusts.
Add toppings and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom of the crust.
