Rotel Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cooked, diced chicken breast
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 large jar mushrooms, drained
    4 oz. low-fat Cheddar cheese
    16 tortilla chips
    1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. chicken bouillon, mixed with 8 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Layer ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Pour chicken bouillon with cornstarch over the casserole.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until bubbly.
