No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 to 2 lb. stew meat
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Mix onion soup mix, mushrooms, mushroom soup, meat and sherry in casserole dish.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    No peeking!
    Serve over cooked rice.
