Barbecue Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    2 (28 oz.) cans pork and beans
Preparation
    Cook the bacon to a crisp stage in a large skillet.
    Place on a paper towel to drain.
    Cook onion and celery in the bacon grease.
    Add garlic near the end of cooking these.
    Drain off the bacon grease (use a colander).
    Put the pork and beans in
    a skillet; add the onion/celery/garlic mixture and all but four or five pieces of bacon, broken up.
    Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer.
    Cook until it's not so watery, then add about a cup of your favorite barbecue sauce.
    Cook until hot.
    May be made ahead and reheated.
