Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
1 1/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Whip cream cheese until fluffy.
Add milk, gradually beating until blended.
Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
Pour into crust. Chill 2 to 3 hours.
You can garnish with your favorite pie filling or fruit.
