Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can chickpeas or garbanzo beans
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 clove garlic
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. dill (optional)
Preparation

Drain chickpeas.
Mash all the ingredients together by hand or in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Can also use a blender.
Serve on crackers or as a dip.
