Cheese Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage (mild)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 to 1 c. Bisquick
Preparation

Combine sausage and cheese in bowl.
Add Bisquick.
Mix thoroughly.
Pinch off small amount of mixture (about size of quarter).
Roll into ball.
Put on ungreased cookie sheet.
Place in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until done.
Take out.
Drain on napkins and serve as snacks.
