Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer, boiled and deboned
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    Ritz crackers
    1 1/2 tsp. poppy seed
    1 stick melted butter
Preparation
    Cut fryer into medium size pieces and cover bottom of casserole dish with chicken.
    Mix and spread over chicken the sour cream and soup.
    Crush crackers, making 1 1/2 cups, and spread over mixture.
    Sprinkle poppy seed on top.
    Spoon butter over crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered for 30 minutes.
