Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. raw apples, sliced thin
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. flour (self-rising)
nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Pour batter into a greased and floured pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch) and bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
