Pumpkin Seeds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pumpkin seed
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Rinse pumpkin off seeds but do not soak; drain.
    Combine seeds, oil and salt; mix well.
    Spread in shallow pan.
    Roast in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until browned and crisp, stirring often to brown evenly.
