Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 tsp. olive or vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    6 small red potatoes, quartered
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients but potatoes. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Place in an 8-inch square baking dish coated with nonstick spray. Bake, uncovered, at 450\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Makes 2 servings.
