Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    Tony's Creole seasonings
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in butter until tender.
    Add soups and cream cheese with enough water to mix.
    Add seasoning.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add shrimp and cook for 15 minutes.
    Serve over a bed of rice.
