Lemon Delight Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. lemon jello
3 c. hot water
1 c. drained pineapple
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
3 bananas
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in water.
Let set soft.
Add pineapple, bananas and marshmallows.
Chill.
Mix flour and sugar in double broiler.
Add pineapple juice and egg and cook over hot water until thick.
Cool.
Fold into whipped cream.
Spread over gelatin and sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese.
