"That Same Restaurant'S" Famous Mushroom Caps(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. medium mushrooms
2 slices bacon
1/3 c. imitation crabmeat
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of white pepper
1/4 c. minced onion
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Begin with all ingredients at room temperature.
Fry bacon to a good crisp.
Remove and drain on paper toweling; save pan drippings.
When cool, crumble bacon.
Remove stems from mushrooms and chop them in food processor.
Add imitation crabmeat and pulse until combined but don't pulverize.
Add bacon bits and pulse twice.
Place mixture in bowl.
Add salt, pepper, onion and drippings.
Mix with fingers of one hand, keeping other hand dry. Add half of bread crumbs and knead again.
Continue adding bread crumbs until mixture is nearly dry.
