Shrimp Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. large shrimp
    1/2 Tbsp. minced shallot
    1/4 c. olive oil
    lemon (fresh squeezed)
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 large can whole peeled tomatoes
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Heat oil in deep skillet; saute garlic and shallot.
    Add shrimp; saute until pink.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Simmer; serve over pasta.
    Serves 4.
