Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, shredded
1 c. diced celery
3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 small jar pimento, drained and chopped
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and chill until mixture begins to thicken. Add all other ingredients and stir well.
Pour into oiled pan or mold and chill until firm.
