Southwestern Glop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rice, cooked
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    2 bell peppers, cut in 1-inch squares
    1 onion, chopped
    1.5 to 2 lb. block Monterey Jack cheese
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    red pepper (optional) to taste
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook hamburger and drain fat.
    Add crushed tomatoes.
    Add all other ingredients except cheese and bell pepper.
    Cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
    In a large baking dish, place bell pepper squares in dish to cover bottom.
    Add meat mixture and spread out evenly.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Grate cheese.
    Add to the top; spread evenly.
    Put back in oven for 5 minutes.
    Remove and let stand 10 minutes. Serve.
