Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    pinch of salt
    1 small container of sweetened whipped cream
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 9-inch baked pastry shell
Preparation
    Combine egg yolk, salt and cream; mix well.
    Place over low heat, stirring constantly until warm.
    Combine sugar and flour, mixing well. Gradually add to cream mixture stirring constantly. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and coconut. Pour into a pie shell and chill.
