Tomato Catsup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. chopped tomatoes
    3 red peppers
    6 large onions
    6 green peach leaves
    2 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. pickling spice
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Cook first 4 ingredients and strain.
    Add next 4 ingredients. Cook and strain.
    Then add last 2 ingredients. Bottle and seal while hot.
