Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat
    3 carrots, cut up
    2 onions, cut up
    3 stalks celery, cut up
    3 potatoes, cut up
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put first 5 ingredients in greased casserole.
    Mix last 4 ingredients and pour over vegetables.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 5 hours.
