Picante Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed (2 1/2 c.)
    5 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. picante sauce
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 green onions with tops, sliced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except bacon; mix well.
    Pour into lightly greased 9-inch pie pan or quiche pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until mixture is set and golden brown.
    Remove from oven; sprinkle with bacon and continue baking 5 more minutes. Serve with additional picante sauce.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
