Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 strips bacon
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs or egg substitute, beaten
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
dash of red pepper
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation

Saute onion in butter.
Combine all ingredients except mushrooms in blender.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into lightly greased pan.
Sprinkle on mushrooms. Bake 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
