Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. cubed cheese
    1 c. pimento
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1 small can Pet milk
    1 egg
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine ingredients, stirring until melted.
    Continue to cook until just beginning to boil.
    Cool.
    Store in jar in refrigerator.
    Keeps well.
    Great for family snacks.
