Baked French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices cinnamon raisin bread
    1 banana, sliced
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    3 egg whites
    1 1/4 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put single layer of bread.
    Cover the bread with a layer of banana.
    Sprinkle half of the sugar over the bananas.
    Cover with the remaining bread, making 4 sandwiches. In medium bowl whisk egg and egg whites until blended.
    Whisk in milk and vanilla.
    Pour this mixture over the bread and let sit for 5 minutes. Turn over the sandwiches.
    Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, or at least 1 hour.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine nuts in bowl with remaining tablespoon of sugar. Sprinkle on top.
    Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
