Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. corn syrup (light)
    1 pinch cream of tartar
    5 to 6 qt. popped corn
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix sugar, margarine and tartar.
    Boil for 5 minutes in a large saucepan.
    Add soda and stir until foaming.
    Pour over popcorn, mixing quickly.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Spread on waxed paper to cool.
    Store in airtight container.
