Opulent Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    butter or margarine
    salt
    pepper
    paprika
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. flour
    5 Tbsp. white wine or cooking sherry
    1 can consomme
    1 can artichoke hearts, drained and cut in half
Preparation
    Brown chicken breast halves in butter or margarine in large skillet.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Put in large casserole dish.
    Add mushrooms to skillet.
    Stir.
    Add flour over mushrooms.
    Add white wine or cooking sherry and consomme.
    Stir until sauce thickens.
    Arrange the artichoke halves around chicken.
    Pour mushrooms and sauce over.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 8.
