Nut Rolls(Kolichba) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    3/4 c. warm milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    4 egg yolks
    1 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Let first 3 ingredients stand 10 minutes.
    Add egg yolks.
    Mix together.
    Add butter, salt and flour gradually.
    Knead for 10 minutes and let rise for 1 hour.
    Roll out dough paper thin and cut into triangles, fill and roll up like a small crescent.
