Chateaubriand Steak Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. Gallo Red Rose
1 tsp. meat extract
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 stick butter
Preparation
-
Combine wine, meat extract and lemon juice.
Simmer until liquid is reduced to 1/2 of amount.
Add parsley and butter.
Melt over low heat.
(Very important.)
