Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 qt. popped corn
    2 c. unsalted peanuts, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 tsp. maple syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Put first 2 ingredients in large bowl.
    Bring next 7 ingredients to a boil in small saucepan.
    Boil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat.
    Add baking soda.
    Stir quickly. Pour syrup over popcorn mixture.
    Stir until popcorn is coated. Place popcorn onto large flat pans.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring several times.
    Mixture will be sticky.
    Stir occasionally while mixture cools.
    Break up popcorn if stuck together.
    Store in large airtight containers.
