Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

27 oz. can sauerkraut
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped peppers
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Drain sauerkraut but do not rinse.
Mix with chopped vegetables.
Prepare dressing and combine with vegetables.
Chill several hours.
Good with lasagna.
